Happy Thansgiving! This year, we had Dave and Chris Coates over for a visit, and they got their first introduction to this American classic. Turkey was so last year, so what you see above is (clockwise):
Flying Scotsman, Stuffing, Roast Carrots/Parsnips, Asparagus, Goose-fat Potatoes
A delicious time was had by all, and I think they got the gist of the whole thing as we were all stuffed by the end of it!
Flying Scotsman = Chicken Breast stuffed with Haggis, wrapped in Ham (add beef gravy and you’ve got yourself a farm)
For those of you who like this sort of thing, I don’t think you’ve seen a cheese board like this in quite a while :)
